Many Muslim families avoid music, or keep it to a minimum at home, and it can be hard to find children's apps that respect that. Miraj was made by Muslim parents who understood the choice, so many titles come with a music-free version that keeps the narration, voices and sound effects and leaves the music out.
The app also has a no-music mode, so a parent can set it once and a child will only see and hear the music-free versions. Nothing else changes: the stories, lessons and games are the same, and they can still be downloaded for offline use.
