Al Qaswa Jigsaw - game cover

What is Al Qaswa Jigsaw about?

Al Qaswa Jigsaw is an Islamic jigsaw game for children aged 4 to 9 in which they put together a picture of Al Qaswa the Camel having a drink.

Al Qaswa was a camel of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and one of his favourites. She carried him on some of his best-known journeys, and the stories about her are a gentle way for young children to meet the Prophet ﷺ through an animal they will remember.

Children fit the pieces together until the picture is complete. There are four levels of difficulty, so they can start with an easy puzzle, move up to a harder one as they get better, and see how well they can do.

The picture of a camel drinking is a natural way to talk about how Allah made camels for life in the desert, where water is hard to find, and about how the Prophet ﷺ cared for his animals. Children who want to know more can meet Al Qaswa again in the Miraj library: in the game Al Qaswa, where they wash, water and feed her, in an interactive picture book, and in the video Al Qaswa, the Special Camel.

Al Qaswa Jigsaw is a Miraj original.
